Default What meat variety is the best to cook on a barbecue?

Out of these main 5 meat varieties available (beef, chicken, fish,
pork, buffalo), which two ones are your pick of the best ones to cook
on a barbecue and please explain why, for each one.

Since when is buffalo a main meat variety? I'd sooner put turkey or
lamb in there.

Also, your question is way too vague. You say, "cook on a barbecue".
Cook how? Actually barbecue, as in slow cook at low heat for many
hours? Grill? What?

What's the purpose of this question? You really want to cook, or just
feel like taking a survey?

And if you don't have pork, goat will do just as well.
And in a pinch lamb.

I was thinking the same thing, Joelle. This must be someone trying to prep
for "cooking finals".

Noooooooooooooooooooooo!

Goat is much leaner than pork (good pork at any rate) and will NOT do as
well, although I suspect it is excellent when grilled properly. As for lamb,
it is one of the prime meats for grilling.

Not just the prime meat for grilling, but the prime reason for grilling. :-)
