Default All of this talk of breakfast....

I usually don't eat breakfast. My "better half" isn't home this
evening, she's out doing a jewelry show (she makes custom jewelry) and
I was trying to figure out what to do for dinner.

I got to thinkin' about the recent plethora of breakfast threads so I
threw some home fries together with spuds of course, onions, garlic,
S&P and some chopped fresh parsley and chives at the end. Fried up
some bacon, a couple of pieces of toast and a couple of over easy
jumbo eggs.

Good eats. ;-)

Just checked that and they no longer mail order. Hometown favorites
still lists it.

Yummy! We (DH, Small Child, and myself) rarely eat a large
breakfast -- everyone's trying to get out the door. So we have
'breakfast for dinner' once or twice a month. I'll have to try
your home fries, Steve, they sound great...

I love "breakfast for dinner" (mmmmm, waffles).

And it always invokes fond memories of my Grandmother.
