Default Hot dishes with cold cuts???

Some suggestions please. Just acquired three or four packets of cold
cuts, ham and turkey. I could add slivers to a fritatta or to mac and
cheese. Anything else?

Seems to me, cold cuts call for a cold supper - potato salad and that sort of
thing. Guess you could serve chili.

Add some ham to scalloped potatoes. Use either in quiche or omelets.
Do you like hot sandwiches? Make a hot brown with the turkey. Add
some ham to Welsh Rarebit.

Cooking ruins *quality* cold cuts... if you don't want sandwiches use in
salads, or simply eat 'au jus' with cheese and fresh fruit. A nice simple
salad is to wrap chilled cooked asparagus with ham and turkey (do not cook the
cold cuts).

Of course if they're garbage 'deli' ham/turkey, or Oscar Mayer, then cook em if
you like, nothing can ruin that crap.

Stuff pounded chicken breasts with ham and some provolone or swiss. Add
artichoke hearts if you please. Roll up, roll in bread crumbs if you wish,
pan fry and then bake for 25 minutes at 350*.

My kids love when I make a salad with cut up ham, cooked in a pan (ends up
tasting kind of like bacon), mix with broccoli flowerets and some onion,
topped with red wine vinegar and evoo.
