Default Decorating a leek?

This evening I tried Anderson's leek braised in chic.broth with a
vinegrette drizzled over it. First time out with a leek and it was
delicious; unfortunately, the leek looks sort of green and needs some
visual contrast. I"m thinking of wrapping it with a strip of roasted
red pepper.
Anyone have a fav. way of presenting a leek? - Mike

<said to be attributed to Julia Child: "First you take a leek...." and
they cut her off the air>
