Did I ever mention that she's the QVC Queen? You don't want to know some of the things she's gotten through them. . . the ribs came from there and they were pretty darned good. I sliced white potatoes 2mm thick and fried them slowly in butter and olive oil -- no mixing -- to develop a crust. Flipped them to crust up the other side. They were tender (almost too -- due to potato type) on the inside and crusty out, just as Rob likes them. accompanied with the secret family cole slaw. Good eats. -- -Barb, <www.jamlady.eboard.com> Updated 11-29-04; Sam I Am! birthday telling; Thanksgiving 2004; Fanfare, Maestro, please.
