Me too...I've got enought leftovers (that various party - givers gave me) of
3/4 rounds of brie, halves of hams, crudites, crackers, meatballs, etc. to
carry me over to Easter at least...

I'm making pea soup with the ham tomorrow...

And I've got about three more functions to attend through the end of the
month...

I'd actually like to roll into bed and hibernate until about the first
weekof March or so...

For supper Sunday I heated the frozen ribs (already cooked) that Niece
Patty gave me as a gift. Did I ever mention that she's the QVC Queen?
You don't want to know some of the things she's gotten through them. . .
the ribs came from there and they were pretty darned good. I sliced
white potatoes 2mm thick and fried them slowly in butter and olive oil
-- no mixing -- to develop a crust. Flipped them to crust up the other
side. They were tender (almost too -- due to potato type) on the inside
and crusty out, just as Rob likes them. accompanied with the secret
family cole slaw. Good eats.
