Default MicroCookbook Printing with XP

I just installed MicroCookbook 5.0d on my XP computer. It won't print.
When I try to print, the program closes. No error message, nothing, it just
closes. Any suggestions? Thanks

Never heard of it but that doesn't mean anything. Is it compatible with XP?
Is it compatible with your printer software? Contact the folks who wrote
MicroCookbook or, read the manual.

I believe that this was made by IMSI and they no longer support MicroCookbook
according to their webpage. I couldn't even get the program to open in XP.

I went to Big Oven and converted all of my Microcookbook files to that program.
I have been happy with that program. I did enjoy MicroCookbook though.

Thanks for the suggestion. I really like Micro Cookbook too. It was tricky to
install it and get it to run in ME, though, so I haven't even attempted
reinstalling it in XP. I've got a backup copy on another computer running ME,
so I'll try converting those files to Big Oven. I had just been archiving
those files there until I could figure out a way to export them into a usable
format.

I'd love to get my hands on that book, just for the info on building a pit and making a barrel cooker. I'll have to check the local library and see what they have. Who knows? I might just luck out.
