Default what were the usual foodstuff for classical composers in the 19th century?

suppose you were an italian composer in the 19th century.
what were 10 culinary items you were likely to eat and drink?

how about if you were a german composer?
austro-hungarian composer?

russian composer?

french composer?

Ah, Brahms ! That well-known Italian composer........

In fact, historical research has already covered the original poster's
enquiry ( whoever it was : I've only got the "re"s ) When Verdi went to St.
Petersburg to supervise the final compositional stages, casting, rehearsing
and performances of "La Forza del Destino" ( aaarghh, the horror, the horror
!...) he drew up for Strepponi's benefit a complete list of all the food and
drink he would need to be forwarded for his consumption whilst in Russia.
Julian Budden prints it entirely in the relevant volume - II, I think - of
his Verdi biography ( it involves truckloads of pasta, salami, olives and
vino.) And, of course, Rossini's recipes survive - and in some cases
thrive - to this very day.
