Default Pulled Pork Sauce

Last weekend I smoked 2 large picnics.

I will be reheating the meat to serve at a get together - I do plan to buy
buns so the invitees can make sandwiches.

Do you have a favorite sauce?

I am looking for a mild but flavorful and a medium hot.

BTW after pulling, the meat was sauced lightly with a vinegar based sauce.

TIA.

Dimitri

Oh great, I can see it now...as soon as Sheldon reads this he's gonna
have a comment on how he would like to pull your pork or some such
nonsense.

I like to mix mine up in 1/3rds. 1/3 hot wing
sauce, 1/3 mustard based southern carolina bbq
sauce and 1/3 of my own homemade sauce (tomatoe based)
I sauce the meat as it reheats slowly in the crock
pot and it comes out great. I'm also careful to
not make it so wet and juicy that you lose the
pork flavor.
