![]() I had bought some to kake stuffed shells & then forgot about it. Never opened it & just recently dicovered it again. The 'Use by' date is Nov 22, but I just opened it & broke the seal. It has no smell & doesn't taste sour. Do you think it's still OK to use? |

Assuming it was kept refrigerated (you don't say) and that Nov. 22 date is 2004 (not 2003 or older) that cheese should be perfectly fine. Use-By dates are merely a guide, and assumes proper storage. ---= BOYCOTT FRANCE (belgium) GERMANY--SPAIN =--- ---= Move UNITED NATIONS To Paris =--- ********* "Life would be devoid of all meaning were it without tribulation."
