I had bought some to kake stuffed shells & then forgot about it.
Never opened it & just recently dicovered it again. The 'Use by' date
is Nov 22, but I just opened it & broke the seal. It has no smell &
doesn't taste sour. Do you think it's still OK to use?

Assuming it was kept refrigerated (you don't say) and that Nov. 22 date is 2004
(not 2003 or older) that cheese should be perfectly fine. Use-By dates are
merely a guide, and assumes proper storage.

Yup, I do. As long as it's not soured or moldy- and you would know if it were
