Unhappy Sweet and sour red cabbage (Central European receipe)

I'm very partial to the above which is made using either fresh red cabbage or tinned'bottled. I don't mind maing it but at this time of year if you can save some time using the tinned or bottled vatiety it helps. However,my local suppleir has gone out of business (I live in the Preston Lancashire area) and for the life of me I can't find anyone else who has it. Can anyone out there help please???

Thanks

Nick
