Thank you. Ummm, maybe I'll wait until Leah posts her thoughts about it. Rick's on a modified Atkins diet so it'll be a little while before I do any real baking anyway... but then again, maybe when I do, I'll do one of the above and a strawberry-rhubarb pie.
