I was a short order cook a long time ago, and it seems to me, I was
told never to fry onion rings with other foods, because the onion rings would make everyting else smell and taste like onions? Can someone clear this up for me? |

In my youth, having worked at a fast food joint, we kept a fryer just for
onion rings and fish.
