Default Ping sf: Date for Souflle cooking

Heya,

I got it cleared up at work last night. The scheduler happened to be
working, and I told her I really needed that day off..so she scheduled
me off that day.

So..lets go public..and get this baby rolling!!!

I am bringing the recipe for the corn and clam souffle..since that was
what started it all...and we can see if my imagination is failing me..
Is it truly as good as I remembered, or really not that good?

Okay - Sunday, January 16 at my house and your souffle will
star! If anyone is interested in joining us, email me using
sfpipeline instead of nobody.

I will bring the ingredients for the souffle, barring eggs.. you want
to provide those? And you have the souffle dishes, which I don't have
right now...

Any other things we are planning on cooking, while we are at it? More
souffles, whatever?

Lets have a party!!! You bay area rfc'ers..come on out and make or
enjoy souffles with us... Or even learn how to make one! This was
the first one I ever made,..and sf says she makes them a lot..

What goes good with souffles?

Kili and Haha were both right... wine and friends. I also
suggest a few loaves of Sourdough and a salad (Caesar is
always good) - to take us back to the 70's, how about a
quiche and we can do a cheese fondue too... carrot cake for
dessert. I have the original recipe.

7 layer jello anyone?

Christine, I will supply the eggs and the souffle dish for
you. With your choice of sizes too. LOL! I wasn't
kidding. We'll use the one quart if it's just us and we can
size up depending on how many others decide to join us.
