Default baked dish

If this is not an appropriate site on which to place this question, please
advise.

While preparing dinner we put the dinner plates (Royal Oak bone china) in an
oven to warm them and forgot about them. One of them now has light brown
stains burned into the white china. Any advice on how to recover will be
appreciated.

The only chance at a fix is bleaching. First procure a bottle of 40
volume cream developer from a beauty supply store or kindly hairdresser.
Make sure that it contains peroxide and isn't a "gentle" developer.
Cover the dish with the peroxide, place in a plastic bag and seal, allow
it to sit for a week or so without opening, remove and wash. Repeat if
stains have faded some but not completely. If that fails, create an
Ebay account, search, bid, win, pay and wait for the postman.

Martha Stewart had an episode where a professional covered how to remove
tea stains on fine china teacups.
I believe this is a method from that show
