Trillium is a regular poster on eGullet... She even taught a class
there, in the Culinary Institute.

If you go on eGullet, and join, you can PM her, or send her an email,
I think.

I think she posts from somewhere in the Pacific Northwest..say

I just looked in the member section of eGullet, and it lists her as an
active member there. She just posted today in fact, and in her member
info, you can email her. At least I could... I think you have to be a
participating member to be able to email folks there.

According to eGulltet she posts most often in the Pacific Northwest
forum.
