Finally, after a couple months of scrounging online
recipes and writing them down in a notebook at the bookstores, I actually got a real cookbook for a Christmas gift. It's one that I had pointed out to the family that I really liked. It's a Hershey's Favorites Recipes, or something like that. I've already done one recipe out of it, the "Perfectly Chocolate" chocolate cake. Of course, I got it off the back of the Hershey's cocoa box. It came out excellent. I marked a bunch of recipes in it that I want to try. Anybody else have any good experience with recipes in this book? What cookbooks are your favorites? I saw a really nice cake cookbook by a lady named Rosenbaum or something like that and it is evidently a classic and was copyrighted way back. It had a rolled chocolate fondant that looked wonderful.
