Default New Year's Breakfast

If you have some ingredients left over from Christmas, this is a great
recipe to bring in New Year's Day.

2 C flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 C buttermilk
1/2 C sour cream
1 egg

Mix
Makes about 15 - 6" pancakes.

In my family, the traditional breakfast was Hoppin' John. As the family
is a bit spread out and my mom a bit too old for the task and prefers
something simple. . .

Now, I join about 30 others for a Mexican Food chow down.

If you are blessed and have pomegranate jelly (or know someone who has who
shares), this is a really good way to start the New Year!
