I also don't personally see the need for a Kitchenaid Mixer - does that also make me a "jerk"? Jill |

I also know I never imposed my personal opinion to make myself 'holier than thou' because I use a rice cooker. The issue I have and I also believe the other poster has, is your reply of telling people they should not have such appliances because you do not see their worthiness because rice can be cooked in a pan, and that everybody should be as skilled as you in the kitchen. Well Pththtth to you. Lemme let you in on something. You are not the "end-all be-all" of what everybody should own in the world. Get over YOURself and your tiny kitchen. Please, for the love of God don't buy another appliance, you might sell your self out. P.S. This is my last reply, because frankly this conversation is idiotic. I already have a 2-1/2 year old I deal with all day in this way, do I need it on an Adult newsgroup? Sheesh. |

And FWIW, I also make great *baked* rice. I'm out of this conversation, because there's no getting through to you. MK |
