coriander seeds (corns)

I have several pepper mills and was wondering - - could I mix coriander with
the pepper - and use together with the pepper for extra flavour? Either
whilst cooking or as an addition for foods already cooked. Has anyone tried
this?

And I suppose this could work with many seeds............

All you have to ensure is that the seed will fit in the receptacle in the
mill so that it can be held as it is ground. So use the smaller coriander
seed if you can find it, it has to be as small or smaller than peppercorn,
but not too small, or it will fall through. Other small seeds might work, if
they are trapped by others. Most seeds will taste raw, so be careful.

Hi !!

Thanks for the idea. We have an electric peppermill (battery operated) with
an adjustment for various size grinds. Think I'll give it a whirl !!
