Default New Year's Breakfast

If you have some ingredients left over from Christmas, this is a great
recipe to bring in New Year's Day.

2 C flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 C buttermilk
1/2 C sour cream
1 egg

Mix
Makes about 15 - 6" pancakes.
