I bumped into a recipe "Chane-Vadia Daal" on ...
http://www.ruchiskitchen.com/ruchiskitchen/recipe.htm It calls for "6 Vadia broken". Anyone know what Vadia is? I have googled but have not found a definition... Many thanks, Roy (UK) |
