Default Convert High Pressure & Regular Recipes to Low Pressure?

I have been given an Innova 8 qt "low pressure" cooker.

http://www.simplycookware.com/instst8qtlow.html

The recipe book with it is limited and since I am unfamiliar with this
technique, I am wondering if anyone familiar with these pots has
advice on how to convert high pressure or regular recipes to cook
successfully without trial and error.

I did make a quick chile con carne in less than half an hour the other
day & was quite pleased, but I had the timing frame based on the
cookbook. I will run through these recipes very fast.
