Michael, ever hear of delivery? Sounds like it would be a little safer for

Speedo-Michael, just reading here proves you to be one of the very
beloveds, so do take better of yourself and please see about having
things delivered to you until your health is more sturdy? Sheesh! I'll
miss you greatly should you become too sick to tap those keys.

Michael!! Not again... do you have something against those trees? :-) I
think maybe you need to order home delivery or hire a chauffeur until
you're feeling better! Please take care of yourself - we miss you when
you're not around.

I love pot stickers... Having a hard time finding decent gyoza (sp?)
wraps around here though.

Some oriental markets sell quite decent frozen pot stickers. Be warned, some
are awful too so you have to ask around or experiment. One local shop here
makes their own in several flavors - they are a lot better and vastly easier
than any I have been able to make. For a nice dipping sauce, mix 1/4c soy
sauce with 1 tsp each hot pepper paste and sesame oil.
