Sounds like a lovely day Bronwyn! Glad to hear your back has been adjusted
too! Quite uncomfortable otherwise!!

I've never had angelica - candied or otherwise... can you give me a hint
about the flavor, texture, etc., please? I've very curious.

I meant to mention this the other day when you posted about the great
price you got for those vanilla beans. Is there a danger of botulism
contamination with infusing olive oil with a vanilla bean? I've been
warned off using garlic that way for fear of accidental poisoning.

You might want to check with experts about this.
