![]() I hope someone can help me! I plan on cooking a 4 lb. boneless beef roast and, as usual, can't find the instruction book. which probably has fallen into the black hole where most instructions go when I need them!! I know how to thread roast on skewer properly but have no idea what temperature to set the grill (L-M-H?) and how long to cook the roast. Also, my rotisserie has slots which raises or lowers the skewer above the briquets. I'm assuming it should be the slots furthest from the coals, right? Should the cover be up or down? Thank you very much for any advice you can give me. -- mareesme ------------------------------------------------------------------------ mareesme's Profile: http://www.cookingboard.com/member.p...nfo&userid=190 View this thread: http://www.cookingboard.com/showthre...threadid=31239 |
