I rarely enter the center part of the supermarket, going around the
outside instead -- meat, cheese, dairy, fish, vegies... done!

Same here. I get most paper and cleaning products at Costco as well as dog
food. I don't buy bread. I can usually skip the entire center of the store
unless I need some canned item.
