Default Wonderful Mediterranean (Greek) Food!

A local lady in our area has been quite popular selling her
Mediterranean dishes for through church and other venues. She mixes
her own spice and rice mixes from old family (Greek) recipes and
finally started packaging them for sale. I have already bought several
and love them all ... I thought it would be nice to share her with the
rest of the world since she just had a website developed. I've been
using them frequently and love the exotic flavors they give to plain
meats ... makes them taste like gourmet meals! Please pay her a visit
at www.evelynselegantedibles.com. She even has some great introductory
specials! A personal favorite of mine is Yiayia's Special Occasion
Rice ... I can't get enough of it! Another recipe I created on my own
is with veal ... I'll try to post that recipe on the recipes group but
it's also on her website. It's really delicious ... maybe you can come
up with some ideas too.
