Note the optional grills plates have to be purchased (flat and waffle)
and appear in the upper right hand area in a box to click.

Can these be had at a regular retail store anywhere? #$&^@ HSN won't ship
outside the US and this is EXACTLY what I've been looking for. I've been
considering the Cuisinart one but this is even better if somewhat more
expensive once you throw in the extra grills.

not that I know of. They are exclusive I think to HSN. Some of his
cookware can be found at TJ Maxx for a song. There maybe other brands
that are similar with the removable plates but I am not aware of any
that have other plates such as the flat or waffle griddle that are
available.
