Norwegian Meatballs Recipe By ![]() Serving Size : 12 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 1/2 pounds ground beef 1/2 pound ground pork 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg 1/8 teaspoon ginger 1/8 teaspoon cloves 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 tablespoon sugar 1 tablespoon cornstarch 1 large egg 1. Mix all ingredients well. 2. Roll into small balls. Brown in butter in a dutch oven or large saucepan. 3. Cover with water and simmer for two hours on stove top or in 350F oven. 4. Serve over egg noodles.
