HEY! Just eat less. Keep to a 1000 calorie daily diet. Don't go for
fast food. Skip the donuts. Candy. Chips,ect. Eat fruit, vegetables, and fish. Leave the soft drinks along too. All our country does now is EAT. We eat everywhere we go, all the time......no wonder we are FAT! Uncle Chuckie from Ohio <html><body bgcolor="black" text="white"></html> |
