Default Cookbook Question

Hi, group.

I recall reading a review once of a cookbook featuring recipes from the CIA.
Now, I'm not talking about the Culinary Institute of America, but the OTHER
CIA - Central Intelligence Agency. From what I recall, the recipes came from
staffers of that intelligence organization.

However, I don't remember the title of the book, other than that it included
"CIA."

Does anyone know what I'm talking about?
