Please tell whoever it is "Welcome to the Club,
relax and enjoy it--it's just a number." Since age 50
I've been happy just to wake up alive every morning.

My MIL used to call her self "middle aged" at 60. :-)

It sounds lovely, I hope you have a great time! Can you share your
recipe for Lyonnaise Potatoes? I have one in my files, but I'm
interested in what you would make...

Reminds me of this joke I recently read:

An elderly couple is lying in bed one morning having just awakened from a
good night's sleep. He takes her hand and she responds, "Don't touch me!"

"Why not?" he asks.

She answers back, "Because I'm dead."

The husband says to her, "What on earth are you talking about? We're both
lying here in bed together and talking to one another."

The wife says, "Not so, I'm definitely dead."

Her husband insists, "You're not dead. What in the world makes you think
you're dead?"

His wife answers, "I know I'm dead, because I woke up this morning and
nothing hurts.

I'll let you know Monday - I have several and I'm undecided. 99% sure it
will be baked after the onions are sautéed.
