Default G. Garvin, anyone

I was watching TV One with the sound down (His Lordship and the Gameboy were
competing) and caught the last 10 minutes of the show.

As food went it was OK. Think "soul food meets France". I suspect in the
original recipe the veal chops were pork, the baby spinach either turnip or
collards, and the morels not there.

Still, the guy had presence and seemed to be enjoying himself by talking to
the audience (of which there was none, this was a studio production). Kind
of a nice balance to the over-intellectualized Jamies or the overtly
enthused Emerils.

I'll try to catch this guy again. The only thing I think I'd rather watch
is Tony Bourdain screaming at the audience like they were newly promoted
plongeurs.

If anyone else has seen this guy feel free to share.

Marc
