Default South Minnesota Cook-In/Birthday Party

I'm turning 50, er, 37 this summer. I'd like to invite my online friends
to share this special day with me (except that it'll be the whole weekend).

The dates are July 29, 30, and 31. The main day will be Saturday, the
30th. If you can only attend one day, that's when you'll probably want to
show up.

Crash will be making his famous smoked salmon. I'm still clueless as to
what I'll contribute.

We're located in Southern Minnesota. More details are available upon
request.

RECAP OF LAST YEAR'S COOK-IN:
* It was very hot, and our central air didn't work (we're having it fixed
this spring)
* We have a large refrigerator from our previous house in the basement at
this house. Thank goodness, because the kitchen refrigerator died that
weekend.
* The mosquitoes must have been alerted that there would be lots of people
at the house, because they were out in force. We had six cans of fogger,
but we didn't think to set them off until after the grill and smoker were
in the back yard and the food was out there. Those poor guys were just
about eaten alive. We still have those cans of fogger, so it should be
safe to come here.

Crash says that clothing is optional. I, as SWMBO, disagree.

I have been lurking here for about a year now. Dont' remember if I
have actually posted here or not.

Where are you? I am in SE MN, just outside Rochester. It's always
neat to find out people you have been exchanging with on the Internet
live "just down the road".

Sorry, I just listed the stuff that we can laugh about now.

For more information on last year's event, Google, "Hag's Cook-In". It was
a good time. I'd love to meet some of you who I've known for so many years
here in RFC.

There will be smokers at the cook-in, so please take this into
consideration when making your travel decisions. If you're considering
bringing a child or children, please be advised that we collect porcelain.
It's everywhere. We ask that you consider this, as well.

BBQ there. Pam

Since I don't have a current email address for you, I'll reply in the group.
Hopefully, Ed and I will be residing in Colorado by the time your 37th
birthday party becomes the summer's happening event, and so may not be able
to attend. OTOH, daughter Stephanie and SIL Erik are expecting twins who
may make their appearance around that time, so I at least may be able to
join in the frivolity.

I'd appreciate details. This email address is legit.

Thanks,
Pam

COOL! We'd love to see you guys again. We were going to try to get
together with you two some time back, and your e-mail wasn't working
anymore when I tried to contact you. I'll get with you in e-mail.
