Default Regional cooking of provincial New Jersey

"Two pressurized cans of 'cheese product', a box of Triscuits, and a box of
lavosh. A huge bag of popcorn, a small can of almonds. A tin of onion dip
with the top peeled back, potato chips. Oreos. A box of peppermints like
the ones restaurants give away, giant economy-size of M&Ms. A pie plate of
homemade brownies, which I'm certain are loaded."

"Bread Alone" by Judith Ryan Hendircks

Great Book
