While I personally protest the gooeyness (sp) of Velveeta on popcorn, I have been served popcorn that had been tossed with dry crumbled blue cheese. It was quite good. Wayne |

Place popped popcorn in large bowl. 2. Heat butter and velveeta in microwave until melted. Stir until mixed and creamy. 3. Pour hot mixture in a thin stream on to popcorn and stir with a fork until all kernels are covered. Scrape bowl and stir remaining mixture into popcorn. Stir well. 4. Add salt to taste. 5. Serve while still warm. Rusty |
