Default How do you dissolve salt in oil ?

I have made some nice chili oil but i want to make it salty. I tried
adding salt when making it but it will not dissolve. I also tried
adding fish source and it did not mix. Any ideas?

anchovy will mix if you do it a little at a time and it disolves when you
cook it in
