Default Bread machine cookbook

Since I got such a good response for my other cookbook request, perhaps I
could get some comments on a good bread machine cookbook. I used to use the
"Bread Machine Cookbook" series, but that was almost 10 years ago, and I
imagine that there are some new ones out that are better. I have a Zojirushi
machinenthat is about 5 years old, the kind that has the horizontal pan. I
have only used it once or twice, but I'm interested in getting back into
bread making.

Thanks.

_Bread Machine Magic_ is my favorite. Mine is well-dogeared.

Yes, that's the one that makes a strong point about poking or pinching
the dough after the machine kneads it, so you can learn from experience
how to add just a bit of flour or just a bit of water to get the
results you want. In other words, act like the breadmaker even though
you have a machine to help. That was the best thing I ever saw in any
bread machine cookbook.

My "bread bible" is "The Bread Lover's Bread Machine Cookbook" by Beth
Hensperger. It's even better than "Bread Machine Magic" (which is
already a good book), and *very* comprehensive.
