Sounds good, Michael. I like cheddar with tuna salad, too.

Lunch for us was leftovers from last night's dinner: pot roast (done in the
Crockpot), gravy, barley pilaf (love that stuff!), and steamed broccoli.

I only like cheese with tuna when it's a tuna melt...tuna salad on rye
bread with cheddar, grilled.

Early this morning I made a macaroni and vegetable salad to take to work.

macaroni
celery
English cucumber
green peas
scallions
broccoli
grape tomatoes
sweet pickle
stuffed olives
celery seed
fresh dill weed

Dressing made of 2/3 Best Foods's "Just 2 Good" mayo, 1/3 homemade
buttermilk ranch dressing, a spot of mustard, and a splash of fat-free half
and half.

Salad served with garlic bagel chips.

What, no pickle relish or lemon juice? For tuna sammiches, we often
use commercial tartar sauce about half and half with the Best Foods.

Tuna salad at about 2:15 p.m. - 7 oz. tuna from a foil pack (water
pack), some green onion, some celery, bound with a tablespoon ± of mayo
and a little light Ranch dressing. And about 1/4 head of cauliflower,
fresh, raw. Big lunch/supper because I'm teaching tonight --

Today's lunch for me was a ham and asparagus sandwich (whole wheat
bread), two clementines, and some plain chickpeas.

I had string cheese. I am coming down with a cold. But when I got home I
made myself garlic chicken soup with a whole freekin' head of garlic in it.
MMmmmmm helped my throat feel better.

Here it was a latte and a lemon poppyseed muffin from the cafe on
campus. Will have to get my act together and be sure to bring lunch
after tomorrow as the cafe will be closed for spring break while the
kidlets are away.

It was really good, and there was barely a 1/2 cup left! I started out
with over 2 quarts.
