BTW, after seeing in print my comment about crying in the bakery section of the store last night, I knew I had to give myself a good kick in the butt and start taking better care of myself. I have, in front of me, a big bowl of plain Dannon's yogurt with DaVinci's sugar-free vanilla syrup and a bunch of cinnamon mixed into it. Reminds me of my mom's sour cream apple pies.
