Some of those look really good! I've bookmarked the site. And, I just
happen to have cod in the freezer. Found out on that site that Torsk is
Norwegian for Cod. Gonna take the Cod out of the freezer right now, so we
can eat it tomorrow.

I picked some up at the co-op -- for tomorrow. :-)
I'm still not using 1-1/2 cups of butter in mine.

Turns out that what I thought was cod is really haddock. It's thawing for
tomorrow's dinner.
