I just slung this one together tonight: Snipped some rosemary,
thyme, and sage from the garden, put it in the food processor with a clove of garlic, some olive oil, Whole Foods "365" balsamic vinegar, (maybe a tablespoon of each, I wasn't measuring) a grind or two of black pepper, and a little salt, and chopped it up fine. Put it in a ziplock baggie for half an hour or so with two chicken breasts. Broiled for 8 minutes on each side. Wow, that came out good. -- Yes, I am the last man to have walked on the moon, | Mike Van Pelt and that's a very dubious and disappointing honor. | mvp.at.calweb.com It's been far too long. -- Gene Cernan | KE6BVH |
