Default Pan Fried Cod

I had two nice thick Icelandic cod fillets and some Zatarain's "fish fry"
coating. Coated those suckers and pan-fried them in oil and a little
butter. No additional seasonings are required because the Zat's is already
nice and spicy. I threw some spinach on top and crumbled some feta cheese
over it. Covered the pan and let the spinach wilt (some of it even fried
and let me tell you, fried spinach is very yummy). I also baked an acorn
squash. Quite the tasty dinner.
