What is the diffrince between turkey and regular pepperoni?

Turkey pepperoni supposedly has less fat than regular pepperoni. Hormel
turkey pepperoni has a lot less fat, but having said that, it still gets
most of its calories from fat. Doesn't taste as good, obviously, and it has
a peculiar dryness when placed on top of pizza and baked (not as weird as
veggie pepperoni, though).

My family doesn't complain when I buy Hormel turkey pepperoni, but I can
definitely tell the difference.

Presumably a turkey, rather than a pig, gave its all to make it
possible. The skill and taste of the sausage maker may be just as
important. Seasonings are important in pepperoni, as the name implies.

I have never tried a turkey pepperoni. The above is speculation.

If the difference does matter, then it matters where he got the turkey
as well.
