Combine the gelatin mixture, corn syrup, salt and vanilla with an electric mixer. Beat on high for 15 minutes until peaks form. Spread mixture into the baking pan. Let sit until set, about 2-3 hours. Slice the mixture into desired sizes. Roll each piece in the cornstarch mixture. Place on paper towelling and let stand until dry. Store in airtight container. |
