No I don't. Are there more recipes on that page in Spanish? I can take
apart German, but that's it.

You can usually find your way through a recipe even if you don't speak the
language using online translators like this one

Food in Costa Rica is just AWFUL-I know I used to live there.
The national dish is plain white Rice, boiled Cassava and plain boiled
Spaghetti with stewed Road Kill on the side.
'Gallo Pinto' or 'Painted Rooster' is Costa Rican Rice and Beans with
a Cabbage Salad on the side-eminently forgettable and bad for the
digestion if taken more than once a month.

Beans and rice, grilled chicken, cole slaw, fried plantains or bananas.
Imperial beer is usually served, but I would keep that away from the
kidlets.

I'll have it on hand for the, uh, *supervision* process. Beer is a
necessity for that.

Sam, that's about all I found recipes for! Beans and rice, rice and beans.
Blech! But at least an 11 year old can handle that.

They're savory more than sweet, like a potato chip. Just salt them.
They work great as dip chips.
