I don't like the flavour of buffalo much. No 'sweet' enough.

How do you like it ground up as a burger? My favorite
burger joint just added bullalo meat to the lineup... it's
the "other" red meat. Haven't tried it yet though.

It may be that it looks like beef but tastes different that puts me off. I have
tried steak and ground.
