Default Supper tonight.

Well let's just say I found a deal on chicken legs and thighs....20 LBs
for $25.00 (cheap in these parts). So I'm going against my better
nature...Cajun Shake N Bake with brocolli. I didn't have a can of cream
of ??? soup in the house or even a bottle of Italian Dressing.

'Twould be a great buy for Southern California as well, Monsur. I
cannot imagine how many connected leg-thighs could be in 25 lbs. raw at
$25, though a local grocer charges $2.00 for two "connecteds" that have
been roasted with a slight touch of fruity and smokey flavor. Quite
good for those shopping days of know that homecoming feels great not to
need to cook, or for taking to work for lunch.

The Cajun Shake 'N Bake has the broccooli in it? Are you oven-roasting
or grilling, and for freezing portions?

There was I think, 27 connected legs and thighs. And I meant I had Cajun
shake N Bake (a commerical crumb coating) on my chicken with a side dish
of Brocolli.
