Default Tomorrow's Lunch

Well finally...totaly by accident... I found some fresh corn tortillias
(near where I work). So tomorrow for lunch it's chicken asparagus
quesdillias with a lime flavoured salsa and sour cream. Made at work
with my quesdillia maker. The only reason I own one is for making
quesdillias at work since there's no oven or stove on the
premise...otherwise the damn thing is usless and takes up too much
cupboard space. My cow orkers will be bringing various items...shredded
jack cheese, sliced mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, tomatoes etc.
just to join the party. We all supply our own meat and I bring the
maker and the tortillias, everyone brings something, makes for a nice
noisy lunch.

Thick cream (the can kind) and strawberries for dessert.
