There are several types of bricks. Some have sulfur added, some have other
minerals. I recall that salt bricks w/ sulfur were put out for goats and
sheep. (We did not have sheep and only had goats for a few years.)

Thanks. My memory is searching back over 50 years ago when I would visit
my grandfather's farm.
